Ms. Clements pursued higher education at Alaska Junior College where she obtained an Associate’s degree in Accounting and Business Management in 1994.
Ms. Clements is currently the human resources manager for Thomas Building Center where she has worked since 2020. Prior to this post, she was an administrative assistant at Altman, Rogers, and Co. between 2019 and 2020. During 2012, she served in numerous roles at BrightSpring Health Services, Alaska, including records manager; receptionist; quality assurance manager; and state office manager. The business professional was a chef and certified food protection manager for the Anchorage Vineyard Family Resource Center between 2010 and 2012 and was a cook for Bright Beginnings Early Learning Center between 2009 and 2010. Adding to her exceptional career, she was also the assistant district manager of the Anchorage Daily News from 2006 to 2007.
When considering her accomplishments, Ms. Clements credits goal planning and the ability to execute those goals as significant skills that have propelled her to success. Looking to the future, she would like to focus on becoming self-employed by providing business consultations and life coaching to other business leaders. Always seeking a challenge, she hopes to earn a QuickBooks certification to assist business owners with creating private contracts and continue her growth and success in the field.
