Northlake, TX — David J. Coorts is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Top Executive for his distinguished career in Agriculture and in acknowledgment of his work with BPS Agriculture.

Drawing on more than three decades of expertise, Mr. Coorts currently holds the position of Vice President, Technical Development at BPS Agriculture in Argyle, TX. He is an expert soil scientist, agronomist, and crop doctor specializing in sales and marketing. He has been in his current role for the past three years. In addition to his work as a senior executive, Mr. Coorts is the co-developer of six patents in agriculture.

Before starting his professional journey, Mr. Coorts attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and earned his Master’s degree in soil taxonomy. Among his professional memberships and associations, Mr. Coorts is affiliated with The Fertilizer Institute (TFI) and is a member of the National Alliance of Independent Crop Consultants (NAICC).
Mr. Coorts attributes his success to his strong will and desire to succeed, which is his primary motivator as failure is not an option. He believes that one should be impeccable with one’s word and do as they say they will. “Excuses are free, and everybody has one,” Mr. Coorts says. “Results take dedication and resources. You have to want to win.”
Looking toward the future, his goal is to continue growing his business, and he hopes to benefit by networking with like-minded individuals and potential investment partners.
In his free time, Mr. Coorts enjoys swimming in his swimming pool, scuba diving, traveling, and spending time with his family. He also participates in local charities, feeding the elderly and disadvantaged and making deliveries to people who have disabilities.
