Describing how he works with patients, he said, “It is important to realize the treatments are very, very complex and varied. One of the first things I like to do for my patients is, first of all, to feel at ease. Number two, understand their disease process, and number three, to really get to know how complex the treatments of cancer are and with increasing knowledge, the complexity keeps expanding.”
