 Can you tell me about your company?

Continental Who’s Who specializes in providing its members with current biographical information of Executives and Professionals in virtually every industry. To maximize networking capabilities, Continental Who’s Who allows you to search for members on our online registry by almost any criteria you select such as, company name, industry, name etc. Continental Who’s Who is a tremendous tool for additional business exposure, career expansion, and job recruitment.

Are you affiliated with any other Who’s Who?

 Continental Who’s Who is not associated or affiliated with Marquis Who’s Who or any other Who’s Who.

Who uses the registry?

Only the members of Continental Who’s Who have access to the registries. They are not distributed to protect the privacy of our members.

Are your publications available in any language other than English?

 No. At this time our publications are only available in English.

After I purchase my membership, how long will it take to receive my welcome kit?

 You should receive your welcome kit within 10 business days after purchasing your Continental Who’s Who membership.

How can I get an invoice?

 Invoices are enclosed in your welcome kit. If it has been misplaced or an additional one is needed please call (516) 825 – 5634 and ask for the finance department.

How can I obtain an additional registry or wall plaque?

Give us a call at (516) 825 – 5634 and ask for your personal account director.

How did you get my name?

 Our research staff may have chosen you as a candidate by researching, professional associations and societies, trade organizations, newspapers and magazines, and professional reference publications. We also send referral forms to all our members so they can nominate anyone whom they feel would benefit from membership. However, we do not keep records of the source of your candidacy selection on file.

How do I nominate someone?

 A member referral form is included in your welcome kit for you to complete and return to us.

What do I do with the Member Referral Form and Biographical Proof I received?

 The Member Referral Form allows you to broaden our vast membership network by nominating persons whom you feel would make valuable additions to our directory. Please fill out the form and mail it back in the postage paid envelope we provided to you in your Welcome Kit. The biographical Proof contains the information that will be published in the upcoming registry. Please make any corrections, additions, or deletions and send it in to our editorial department so the information published is accurate.

How much time do I have to make corrections to my biography?

To meet publishing and shipping deadlines all corrections should be returned within 10 business days of receiving your biographical proof in your welcome package.

What is the status of my corrections?

In order to find out the status of your corrections please call the editorial department at (516) 825-5634.

I am having difficulty accessing the member portion of the website?

Please give us a call at (516) 825-5634 and ask for the technical department. A representative will troubleshoot with you to rectify the problem.

Can I make corrections online?

You can call or email us to make corrections and update your online biography at any time but the online updates and corrections won’t be used in the published registry after it has been printed. All corrections for your biography in the upcoming registry should be submitted through the editorial department. This guarantees accuracy for publishing purposes.
