Henry Cusnir — Interventional Cardiologist/Physician

Dr. Cusnir pursued higher education at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana where he earned a Medical degree in 1993 and began his career as a physician with the Diagnostic Cardiology Associates in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2004. The doctor also served as an interventional cardiologist for the physician services group of C-HCA, Inc. in 2015.

Working in the field for more than 20 years, the doctor specializes in various forms of cardiology, including echocardiography and both interventional and clinical cardiology. He is an expert in Interventional Cardiology and leads the field in the treatment of structural heart diseases and peripheral vascular diseases. According to Dr. Cusnir, he regularly handles complex coronary cases for a large number of patients as well as regularly performing sonograms and stress tests for his patients and clients.

Dedicated to proving the latest advancements in his field, Dr. Cusnir is associated with many organizations, including the American College of Cardiology Foundation, where he is distinguished as a Fellow, and the Florida Medical Association. Inspired by his wife and parents, Dr. Cusnir has largely attributed his success to his dedication and willingness to be available for his patients. Aside from his professional pursuits, the doctor has served as an educator at the Posnack Jewish Day School since 2011. Dr. Cusnir would like to dedicate this honor to his wife, Claudia, of 26 years; his daughters; and the hospital and office staff.
