Ms. Samsel focuses on abuse, neglect, and domestic violence, having also attained thirty years of experience working with people who have autism spectrum disorder and other neuro-cognitive disorders. Her colleague, Stacey Howard, focuses on trauma, anxiety, and severe mental illness, having attained extensive experience treating children and having specialized interest in postpartum depression and life stage. Ms. Samsel starts from a Christian worldview, while being open and accepting of all beliefs.

To prepare for her career, Ms. Samsel earned a bachelor’s degree in speech pathology from Washington State University and a master’s degree in social work from Eastern Washington University.
