A Peabody Award-Winning, Emmy-Nominated broadcast journalist, Ms. Katrina Daniel has led an outstanding career dedicated to helping individuals and families in crisis. She has accrued 35 years of extensive experience as a writer, reporter, and legal observer with valuable print, digital and editing skills. Throughout her career, she has covered some of the most high profile criminal trials in America, legal and medical affairs, and worked abroad in countries including Grenada, Haiti, and Germany. She speaks French, Spanish, and German. As of 2019, Ms. Daniel has proudly served as the founder and chief executive officer of Legal Video Concepts where she strives to help those who need to present the wholistic view of their lives in a powerful format to the court. In addition to her role at Legal Video Concepts, Daniel also writes for Coral Gables Magazine, as well as features for Greenville Business Magazine and she was a Contributing Writer for www.womenetics.com.

Among her academic achievements, Ms. Daniel obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from the University of Miami, followed by her Master’s Degree in Psychology/Communications from Pepperdine University. To further her professional development, Ms. Daniel completed post graduate work in Journalism Studies and Communication at UCLA. She is also a certified Guardian ad Litem.

In the earlier years of her career, Ms. Daniel excelled as a reporter and anchor for WYFF-TV4, an NBC affiliate in Greenville, South Carolina in 1983 and 1985. Subsequently, she served as a legal journalist and anchor for NBC and CBS News affiliates and Buena Vista Television, as well as a national correspondent for Inside Edition in the late 90’s (94-98) . She has also covered local television news in Miami, Los Angeles and New York. From 2011 to 2019, Ms. Daniel was the founder and chief executive officer of KatWalk Productions, a national legal services company producing sentencing videos to assist defense attorneys in obtaining reduced sentences in federal and state criminal courts.

Passionate about helping others, Ms. Daniel has served as a board member of various organizations. She has devoted her time providing aid to domestic violence victims and their families. As a board member of STEPS TO HOPE, she established an equestrian event held each spring in Tryon, NC, to support the HOPE shelter for Domestic Violence victims. She also served on the Board of Directors for 10 years with Steps to Hope in which she was on the team of those instrumental in building a new shelter during the economic crisis, using private donations.  Daniel has also served on the Board of Directors of the Susan G. Komen Mountains to the Midlands, South Carolina Chapter; Greenville Children’s Hospital Development Board, and was a member of Dining For Women, Greenville Chapter. Currently Katrina Daniel serves on the Board of ZooMiami. She has just launched a crime related podcast, PrimeTimeCrime, featuring interviews with top criminal experts in every field. PrimeTimeCrime debuted on APPLE, Spotify in June 2019.
