Alpharetta, GA — Laura Lile, M.D., R.Ph., is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Distinguished Woman in Healthcare for her excellence as a Preventative Medicine Specialist and in acknowledgment of her work as a global voice for preventative health and structural healthcare system reform.

As both a board-certified medical doctor and registered pharmacist, Dr. Laura Lile has elite status as a dual-credentialed compounding pharmacist and preventative health medical doctor globally. As the Founder and Medical Director of Lile Wellness Partners, she has devoted over 30 years to developing, teaching, and practicing the principles of preventative healthcare and wellness. She holds expertise in anti-aging medicine and longevity.
Despite having several family members in the legal profession, Dr. Lile decided that she was more suited for a career in health and medicine in high school. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Ohio State University, graduating with the highest honors in 1987. Following pharmacy school, she opened an independent pharmacy called RxCafe, which featured a coffee shop and was one of the first drive-thru pharmacy windows in the Midwest. After working as a compounding pharmacist for several years, Dr. Lile decided to return to school to become a physician. In 2001, she earned her Medical Degree from the Medical College of Ohio, graduating with honors, and is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha.
In 2008, Dr. Lile founded Island Medical Practice in Grosse Ile, Michigan. As a pioneer in concierge medicine, Dr. Lile opened offices in Franklin, MI, Atlanta, GA, and Nashville, TN, well before the concept of concierge medical care was known. In 2015, she renamed the clinic Lile Wellness Partners to better reflect its mission of building relationships with patients and guiding them to optimal health through combining traditional and alternative medicine treatments. The practice focuses on using the Lile Method using trend-analysis for predictive value. Using her extensive experience in healthcare, Dr. Lile has trained practitioners to use safe, innovative, often natural therapies to help boost nutrition, improve immune function, and help the body heal.
As a compounding pharmacist, Dr. Lile still enjoys working with different formulations. One specific formulation that Dr. Lile has been excited about working with is a dietary supplement, IF200™️, a patented formulation that uses the precursor method to raise intracellular glutathione levels. Among its many benefits as the Master Antioxidant, glutathione helps the body combat oxidative stress. In June 2021, Dr. Lile became a co-inventor for a patent using this precursor method for a novel treatment of COVID-19.
In addition to focusing on her concierge and consulting practice, Dr. Lile has also been involved in numerous global healthcare initiatives, advocating for preventative healthcare and wellness measures. In the summer of 2020, she served on the Vatican Emergency COVID-19 Commission, established by Pope Francis. The previous year, she participated as a benefactor in the World Day of the Poor at the Vatican, where she was asked to speak about preventative health and wellness. As a medical advisor to the Sovereign Order of Malta, Dr. Lile’s work has expanded to the Kingdom of Jordan via an outreach program for rehabilitation (disabled children) and pediatrics (medical consultations with the delivery of free medicines), serving the most vulnerable children in underserved regions far removed from any medical care.
In early 2022, Dr. Lile designed, completed, and funded a COVID-19 Phase 2/3 clinical trial in Rwanda for a novel antiviral called Prothione™️. The study’s initial results are promising, showing disease progression mitigation by supporting the immune system naturally.
Dr. Lile is a member of the International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Michigan Medical Association, and the American Pharmacist Association. In addition, she is an active member of The Ohio State University Pharmacy Alumni Association.
In her free time, Dr. Lile enjoys spending time with her husband and her three adult children. She also enjoys playing tennis, painting, and reading.
