Mr. Zessin pursued higher education at Regis University where he earned a Master’s degree in Management. He holds several certifications, including being a Registered Certified PMP and recently obtained an AI degree from MIT in 2023. With more than 30 years of industry experience, he has garnered expertise in leading transformative multi-million-dollar projects in the aviation industry, surpassing expectations and achieving remarkable feats for organizations of all sizes.

Mr. Zessin is a member of several prestigious affiliations, including being a registered certified Project Management Professional (PMP), as well as the International Air Transport Association (IATA); International Association of Business Communicators (IABCC); and the Knights of Columbus where he serves as a board member and holds the distinguished title of a 3rd Degree Knight.

When considering his exceptional career, Mr. Zessin notes that he has achieved significant milestones and made remarkable contributions including working at Delta Airlines where he successfully enhanced the baggage capacity to accommodate up to 2,000 units, equivalent to the capacity of transporting 10 loads of people both above and below the wing. His expertise in this area earned him the moniker “Godfather of Baggage Fees.” He explained that during the challenging times of the Covid pandemic, he played a pivotal role in converting the United Airlines terminal in Houston into a comprehensive food bank, serving a vital purpose in supporting those in need during the crisis.

Mr. Zessin considers following his philosophy that being a servant transformational leader is the key to success. He firmly believes in leading by example and prioritizing the needs and growth of others.
