Michael Lupiano the Managing Partner of Lupiano & Associates has 30 years’ experience working in Human Resources and has ten years’ experience in executive search. His areas of expertise focus on Human Resource healthcare and non-for-profit social services programs. Mr. Lupiano believes “It’s all about purpose and relevance.” His goals are to continue with social services and non-for-profits.
In light of expertise Mr. Lupiano studied at Carlton University, and received his Bachelors of Commerce, in Psychology and Law completing in 1977. Today he remains a member of numerous associations such as Member of HRPA of Ontario, the Board Chair of Roger Neilson House, the Vice Chair of Dementia Society of Ottawa, and Vice President of Serenity House.
In his free time, Michael Lupiano enjoys golf, cycling, snowshoe and spending time with family.
