Michael Wilson is a dedicated leader in the veteran support community, serving as the CEO of an organization established in 1925 that focuses on assisting veterans and their families with the assimilation process. With a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the Lou Holtz School at Trine University, awarded with honors in 2021, and a background as a Command Sergeant Major in the U.S. Army, Michael brings extensive experience in leadership to his role. He oversees a team of 46 staff members and manages a budget of $6.5 million, backed by $16 million in property assets and governed by a 20-member board. Michael's career accomplishments include his current leadership position, which he regards as his greatest achievement. He takes immense pride in his family, which includes four children, a loving wife, and fifteen grandchildren. An active member of various charitable organizations and a certified HR professional with SHRM, Michael enjoys hobbies such as playing guitar, boating, gardening, and traveling.
