John Armellino is an accomplished strategic leader specializing in intelligence analysis, strategic planning, and pipeline development. He currently serves as Chief of Staff to the owner of DFAR, providing high-level support and overseeing key initiatives that drive organizational success.

John holds an MBA from National University and is pursuing his PhD in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University, with plans to publish academic work, including his dissertation. His background includes distinguished service with Parsons Corporation and decades of leadership in complex environments.

A proud U.S. military veteran, John was awarded the Distinguished Service Medal and the Bronze Star for his service in the War in Afghanistan. He remains actively involved with the VFW, NDIA, and MOAA, and volunteers with Semper Fi and America’s Fund to support fellow veterans.

John is most proud of raising five children together with his wife of 34 years, balancing family, service, and career with dedication and grit. In the future, he plans to teach adult learners in college, continuing to mentor others through his experience and insight.
