Carlos M. Henderson, CEO in the global gaming industry, leads international teams across the United States, Belgium, India, and France. With a background in software engineering and a computer science degree from the University of California, San Diego, he has transitioned into executive leadership, spearheading the release of his company’s first game set for September 2025. Carlos plays a hands-on role in narrative writing and project oversight, utilizing platforms like ClickUp to keep operations on track.
His journey began with just four team members—all of whom left—but he rebuilt and now leads a growing team of 20. Certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt, professional scrum master, and PMI project manager, Carlos is equally passionate about mentoring youth through Big Brothers/Big Sisters of America. Personally driven by growth and continuous learning, he views challenges as opportunities. Outside of work, he enjoys running, sports, and medieval combat, and he remains committed to expanding his leadership impact and developing innovative games that resonate worldwide.
