In addition to her corporate leadership role, Melissa is the founder of E2 Envision & Elevate Consulting, LLC, where she works with professionals and organizations to develop leadership clarity, human skills, and learning strategies aligned to business outcomes. She is the creator of The Valued L&D Leader Blueprint™, a leadership development framework designed to help learning professionals evolve into strategic business partners.
