MaryLynn Ireland is a nonprofit executive dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout the New England and Northeast region. She is recognized for her thoughtful strategic planning and a strong open door leadership philosophy that prioritizes listening to employees and addressing their concerns with care and respect. Ms. Ireland holds a master’s degree in health psychology from Capella University and has completed advanced executive education programs through Harvard, Johns Hopkins, and Stanford. She currently serves on several boards, including the Association of Developmental Disability Providers, the Springfield Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Urban League of Greater Springfield, and the Jay Caron Community Impact Foundation. Previously, she served as chief operating officer of Providence Ministry Corp and has spent the past four years in her current role. Outside of work, she enjoys snowshoeing, bowling, reading, baking, and crafting. She is a proud mother of three and grandmother of two. Her guiding belief is that people are the greatest asset and family always comes first.
