Greg Wilmot is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning health insurance, hospitals, government, public health, and community based care. He is the CEO and founder of PrimePoint Health, a strategic healthcare consulting firm focused on transformative organizational improvement. Previously, he served as President and CEO of NeighborHealth, the largest community based primary care system in Massachusetts, overseeing nearly 2,000 employees, 120,000 patients, and a 300 million dollar operating budget. Under his leadership, the organization achieved historic growth and was recognized as a National Quality Leader by HRSA in 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Greg has also held senior roles at Mass General Brigham, Boston Medical Center Health System, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and within the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services under Governor Deval Patrick. He earned a BA in Psychology from Boston College and an MBA from Northeastern University. Looking ahead, he envisions leading a major health system, guided by purpose, intention, and compassion.
