With a graduate degree in Environmental Studies and Hydrogeology from Baylor University, he provides groundwater expertise, drilling oversight, frack tank refurbishment coordination, and comprehensive regulatory guidance supporting oil and gas operations and global engineering initiatives. His career includes experience with the Texas Railroad Commission, East Texas Division, Oil and Gas, along with leadership roles in worldwide engineering and regulatory consulting organizations. Recognized for his investigative insight and practical problem solving, he has delivered extensive lectures and presentations internationally and received the Outstanding Service Award from the Texas Railroad Association. Mr. Godsey is affiliated with the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, the American Institute of Professional Geologists, and the National Ground Water Association.
