W. Kirby Wagg is CEO of WKW Consulting and a recognized industry advisor in the textile rental and commercial laundry sector. With more than 45 years of hands-on leadership experience, he works with companies serving the hospitality, healthcare, and service industries to strengthen operations, elevate leadership teams, and drive sustainable growth. Mr. Wagg built his career in a fourth-generation family-owned textile rental company with more than 124 years of history, where he led operations through periods of transformation and successfully navigated the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic before transitioning leadership to the next generation. Today, through WKW Consulting, he partners with ownership groups and executive teams across North America to provide operational assessments, in-plant leadership support, and strategic guidance that improves performance and accountability. He is affiliated with TRSA and CSC and is a past Board Chair of the Simcoe Muskoka YMCA. His honors include the TRSA Longevity Award, YMCA Skid Watson award and the Businessman of the Year Award in Orillia, Ontario.
