Jack Lyon is a hospitality executive with extensive experience in venue management and food and beverage operations. He has led operations at the McCormick campus in Chicago, the largest facility in the Western Hemisphere, where he has overseen large scale hospitality services with a focus on leadership, team management, and operational excellence. With an associate degree from Northwest State, Mr. Lyon has built a distinguished career in hospitality, most recently serving as Vice President of Hospitality Operations with Oak View Group. His leadership has contributed to the success of major food and beverage programs within one of the nation’s most prominent event venues. He has been recognized with the Naval Achievement Medal, the 2017 Rookie of the Year Award from Centerplate, and the 2019 National Account of the Year Award from SXO. As he prepares to launch his own consulting firm, Mr. Lyon remains focused on sharing his expertise and supporting continued growth within the hospitality industry.
