Shelia R. Flowers, COL Ret., is a veteran owned trucking executive serving the Southeast and Central United States. She leads over the road food and linen delivery operations supporting VA hospitals while overseeing dispatch and fleet management. A retired U.S. Army Colonel with a 30 year military career, she brings disciplined leadership and operational excellence to her business. Ms. Flowers holds a master’s degree in conflict resolution from Kennesaw State University and is active with Women in Trucking, Minority Women in Business, Rockinc., Top Ladies of Distinction, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. Her service extends beyond business through mentoring future leaders and community involvement. She has been honored with ROTC Hall of Fame recognition and numerous military commendations. Guided by strong work ethic and values shaped by her upbringing, Ms. Flowers is focused on leaving a lasting legacy of leadership and service.
