Muaaz R. Medair is the owner of Rolling Suds of Plano McKinney, providing exterior pressure washing and window cleaning services across the Greater Dallas area for multifamily properties, retail centers, HOAs, and public sector facilities. His company delivers turnkey solutions with insured operations, OSHA aware workflows, detailed estimates, and environmentally responsible practices using biodegradable detergents and reclaim control when required. Muaaz also leverages drone assisted cleaning for high rise and hard to reach surfaces when appropriate. He holds a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications from Western Governors University and previously served as Director of IT and Operations at CAYO, where he built a strong operational and leadership foundation. Known for his adaptability and go getter mindset, Muaaz takes pride in his ability to succeed in any environment. He volunteers with the Tulsa Food Bank and enjoys family time, basketball, soccer, and building robots with his son. His long term goal is to expand nationally, give back to the community, and build a lasting business legacy for his son.
