Tyrone “TJ” Jordan is Vice President at Brown & Brown, where he leads a team of insurance professionals dedicated to delivering innovative employee benefit solutions for municipalities, school districts, and government organizations nationwide. With a background that includes playing Division I football as a wide receiver at the University of Michigan, TJ has carried forward the same discipline and drive into his career in global insurance. He is recognized for introducing benefit programs that improve employee satisfaction and retention while driving measurable business growth. Prior to joining Brown & Brown, TJ built valuable expertise at both regional and global benefits firms, developing his reputation as a leader in healthcare sales and people management. He is active in professional associations such as SHRM, NAAIA, and the Michigan Association of School Administrators, while also serving on the boards of GEAR (Giving Every Athlete Resources) and The Simple Good, which supports youth arts programs. Most proud of his family, TJ and his wife Anna are raising two children, Lola (7) and Tre (2). Balancing professional excellence with personal dedication, his goal is to double Brown & Brown’s business within five years, guided by the mentorship of his father, whose leadership as a global COO continues to inspire him.
