Thomas Gallagher is an accomplished executive in the EPC industry, specializing in BESS, OEM operations, global KPIs, and risk management. He earned his degree in business management from the University of Phoenix in 2004 after attending Tulane University for three and a half years, and he further holds certifications in DBIA, OSHA 30, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Throughout his career, Thomas has been recognized for his ability to mentor and inspire others, proudly watching former colleagues go on to launch successful businesses, break barriers, and excel in consulting. His career highlights include contributions to Trugrid white papers and accolades such as the Marine of the Quarter, the Hammer Award from Vice President Al Gore, Volunteer of the Year (2025), and the ONCON Team Award as a Top Executive (2025). A former U.S. Marine Sergeant who served six years, he remains deeply committed to service, leadership, and continuous education. Outside of his professional endeavors, Thomas is active with MARC as a fundraising board member, enjoys soccer and football, and values time with family and friends. He dedicates his success to his mother, Pam R. Gallagher, who remains his greatest source of inspiration.
