Tim Neilson serves as Vice President at HireQuest, a leading franchisor in the recruiting and staffing industry. With over three decades of experience, Tim oversees 92 franchise locations nationwide, helping franchise owners operationally set up their businesses for success and ensuring they have the tools to recruit and place temporary employees efficiently. He takes pride in “putting people in business” and empowering others to thrive.
Tim earned his Bachelor’s degree in American Studies from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island, in 1990. Known for his expertise in recruiting, operations, and business analytics, he has received multiple accolades, including the True Blue Circle of Excellence Award in 2013, 2015, and 2018.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Tim is most proud of his 30-year marriage and his two wonderful children. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he enjoys watching and playing all sports, especially baseball.
Looking ahead, Tim’s goal is to retire within the next five to six years while continuing to mentor others and share his passion for learning and growth.
