John B. Earley III is a seasoned leader in HVAC operations with expertise spanning purchasing, logistics, finance, R&D, and global market analysis. With oversight of 30 factories worldwide, he has earned recognition as Supplier of the Year and received the Electrolux Award in Mexico for his contributions to operational excellence. Throughout his career, he has successfully turned around six businesses and takes pride in mentoring talent into mid- and senior-level management roles. He serves on the boards of UPS Customs and Bradley University while pursuing a master’s degree in Operations Management from Salford University, UK, to be conferred in 2026. Outside of his professional achievements, he enjoys motorcycles, gardening, and landscaping. Looking ahead, his ultimate goal is to continue building on his accomplishments and take on the challenge of public service, with aspirations of serving as Mayor of Independence, Missouri.
