LaToya C. James serves as Vice President of a global IT organization, where she leads strategic initiatives across sectors including healthcare, banking, consulting, and P&R. Overseeing 15,000 associates and nearly $600 million in annual revenue, she engages directly with CEOs and COOs to assess organizational performance and drive client growth. Her expertise lies in transformational leadership, operational turnaround, and strategic thinking.

Holding a master’s degree in Legal and Ethical Issues from the University of Baltimore, LaToya is affiliated with ACCA, AIPP, and ASCI. She is deeply committed to community service, co-founding two NGOs—Caremore—with her brother to support underprivileged youth. She also serves as Chairperson of the Annapolis United Soccer Club.

Among her proudest accomplishments is grooming a new generation of executive leaders and leading a major M&A deal in 2011. She once saved an account from collapse, producing $20 million in value. Personally, LaToya cherishes her family’s legacy—celebrating that the second generation are all college graduates. Her future goal is to become COO or CEO of a health plan, a role she considers her “North Star.” She credits her drive, adaptability, and team optimization skills for her success, and views every challenge as an opportunity to lead with impact.
