Howard L. Moore is a chief executive officer and seasoned defense contractor with decades of experience supporting national defense initiatives. Retired from the United States Army, and General Service GS-13 Civilian Service, he has built a distinguished career in military logistics, technical systems support, and project management, with defense contracting experience dating back to 1969. Mr. Moore holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics management from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and is widely respected for his hands on expertise in repairing aircraft avionics systems. His work supported major training initiatives, the combat aviation mission in Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He earned recognition for Army’s Digitalization, and a General’s Award for support of Saudi Arabia. Beyond his professional achievements, he is dedicated to service and mentorship, helping others better understand complex defense and technical concepts. A devoted family man, and has recorded a gospel CD with his wife, Ramona.
