Tony Williams is an operations manager with a nationally recognized ENR firm, overseeing all operations across Ohio. In his role, he leads fifteen direct reports and supports a broader team of thirty professionals, ensuring efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction across multiple projects. With deep expertise in land surveying and operational leadership, Tony brings a practical and people focused approach to managing complex workflows and regional growth. He earned his MBA from Ohio Christian University and holds a professional surveying license, a milestone he considers one of his proudest career achievements. Active in the International Right of Way Association and ACEC, Tony also gives back through volunteer work with Toys for Tots. Outside of work, he enjoys riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. Looking ahead, his goal is to help expand the firm’s footprint by growing additional offices beyond the Dayton area, guided by a philosophy centered on attentiveness to client needs and strong support for his team.
