Adam M. Sutton is a seasoned leader in the automotive service and tire industry, currently overseeing 602 locations across the North and Mid Atlantic region and leading a workforce of more than 4,500 employees. With 35 years in the same organization, he has advanced from a general service technician to senior leadership through dedication, consistency, and a strong servant leadership mindset. In his role, Mr. Sutton is responsible for strategic planning, inventory expansion, budgeting at annual, quarterly, and monthly levels, expense controls, and key payroll decisions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Harvard University and is widely respected for his focus on employee engagement and long term growth. Outside of work, he and his wife Emma run a successful wedding planning business. He dedicates this recognition to her support.
