Nicole Billingsley is a healthcare executive specializing in oncology and cancer care, currently leading a rapidly expanding organization in California. Since stepping into her role in June 2025 after relocating from Arizona, she has assumed the responsibilities of chief executive, financial, information, and clinical officer to support accelerated growth. Nicole brings more than sixteen years of experience from Mayo Clinic Arizona, where she played a key role in military medicine initiatives, including designing tactical medicine training for Special Operations forces and supporting confidential Department of Defense programs. She also worked with the White House Medical Unit and Air Force One during the Obama administration. Nicole holds an MBA from Grand Canyon University and is pursuing a second master’s degree in leadership at Arizona State University. Her organization is expanding across California with new medical oncology, radiation oncology, and PET and CT facilities opening through 2026. She enjoys hiking, global travel, and time with her family.
