Alicia Erby is a seasoned business consultant with a specialization in wealth management and a proven track record of scaling companies and optimizing KPIs. A proud graduate of Cal State, Long Beach with a degree in Business Administration (2009), Alicia successfully launched and led a Wealth Management Department focused on managing assets under management (AUMs) for a national client base. A former collegiate cross-country rower, she maintains her athletic discipline through active involvement with the City Running Club and Athlete’s Touch.
Known for her tenacity and precision, Alicia has achieved multiple President’s Club Awards and recognition from ACG Los Angeles. Her career highlights include successfully organizing key documentation for a client in a high-stakes immigration case involving ICE. She is equally committed to giving back, volunteering with Girls on the Run to empower the next generation.
With a clear vision for the future, Alicia aims to take on a senior executive role at a larger company, expand her leadership within the AUM space, and eventually spearhead a major organizational turnaround—drawing inspiration from business leaders like Brian Niccol.
