Andrew Wegner is a telecommunications professional with extensive experience supporting enterprise level fiber infrastructure and customer operations. He works with Zayo, a leading provider of fiber optic networks spanning more than 148,000 route miles worldwide and connecting over 1,700 datacenters. Mr. Wegner oversees the customer digital experience, including ordering, quoting, delivery, and API, ensuring seamless service and operational excellence. With a Master’s degree in Information Assurance with a focus in cybersecurity from Iowa State University, he brings a strong technical foundation to his leadership role. His expertise includes software engineering, team building, telecommunications, customer relations, and cybersecurity. With nearly 20 years of experience, he is recognized for his ability to manage complex operations while maintaining a customer focused approach. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and attending his children’s sporting events while continuing to grow his professional network and support others in their careers.
