Anthony Rodriguez is an experienced product and program manager that has successfully delivered value-add products and services in multiple industries spanning banking, brokerage, insurance, healthcare, and telecommunications. With expertise developing artificial intelligence and digital solutions that meet and exceed strategic objectives and key results. He has played a key role in expanding technology initiatives and guiding organizations toward measurable growth. Anthony holds an associate degree in computer science from the University of the People (2022) and is completing his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 2027. A certified Scrum Master, Scaled Agile leader, and PMP, he has driven transformative initiatives at Prudential Finance, including Agile implementation and AI development, earning recognition as Employee of the Year at both Western Union and Prudential. Dedicated to mentoring and “meeting people where they are,” Anthony is most proud of inspiring drive in others and building strong, resilient organizations. Outside of work, he is an active volunteer with food banks across Texas, and he treasures quality time with his family.
