Antonio “Tony” Cruz is an experienced benefits broker in the insurance sector, focused on helping small to mid-market companies across the Western U.S. gain greater control and reduce costs through tailored benefits solutions. With a career rooted in client education and problem-solving, he has turned illogical decisions into effective strategies, earning multiple internal sales honors including the President’s Club and Chairman’s Award.
Mr. Cruz holds an associate degree in business administration from Glendale Community College and has successfully opened international markets in China and South Africa post-Apartheid. He is affiliated with Provisors and VNI, and actively volunteers with Hospice of Lake County and local fundraising galas.
