Autumn Radabaugh, MBA, is a seasoned healthcare operations executive overseeing mobile wound care services across Texas, Nevada, and the Southeast, with a workforce of over 600 employees. She leads strategic initiatives such as the implementation of Telehealth Plus (THP) and drives daily operational improvements to boost performance and revenue.
Starting her career in 2007 as a CNA, Autumn advanced through roles in recruiting and management to her current executive position. She earned her MBA from the University of Maryland in 2024 and was featured in MDLinx for her insight as a physician recruiter.
Autumn attributes her success to the work ethic instilled by her parents, Linda and Steve, and the support of her husband, Jeff.
