From planning to deployment, Avery has played a pivotal role in modernizing key federal systems, including returns enhancement and taxpayer information services for the IRS.
With an MBA from Quantic Business School and prior roles at Oracle and EPIC, Avery brings both technical depth and strategic vision. Among his career highlights, he spearheaded the IRS Marketplace initiative and led the development of Enhanced Search for auditing and compliance, earning him the IRS Commissioner's Token for Digitalization in 2023.
