Baljit Singh is an experienced professional in talent services, currently focused on placing skilled individuals in the IT sector on an international scale. With a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma (1990), Mr. Singh brings an engineering mindset to workforce strategy and talent development.
A former member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, he has worked across global markets including the Philippines and Nigeria, guided by excellent mentors throughout his career. His accomplishments include speaking engagements on petroleum engineering and receiving honors such as induction into Phi Epsilon Tau.
Baljit is deeply committed to service, volunteering with organizations that provide food and shelter to the homeless. He proudly dedicates his journey to his late sister, Paramjit Singh. Known for his energy—both professionally and on the dance floor—he jokes about his passion for “dancing with a turban.”
Looking ahead, Mr. Singh plans to pursue an Executive MBA. His philosophy is grounded in integrity, honor, and delivering the best solutions, embodying his self-described identity as a “go-getter.”
