Benjamin Hendrix is an accomplished leader in the electrical contracting industry with more than twenty five years of experience guiding large scale operations and supporting business growth. He has built a career grounded in strong lean principles, operational efficiency and a commitment to developing high performing teams. Benjamin has held leadership roles with global blue chip companies and continues to influence the industry through his work in purchasing, partner engagement and enhanced training initiatives. He is currently contributing to the design and planning efforts for a fully paperless hospital, reflecting his forward thinking approach. Benjamin holds a degree in business administration and economics from Bethel University and volunteers with the American Cancer Foundation and the American Leukemia Foundation. He is most proud of raising two children who are each pursuing meaningful academic and professional paths.
