Boulos Megaly is a seasoned leader in the transmission industry, specializing in energy infrastructure, project management, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Overseeing five sites across North America with a team of 65–75 professionals, he focuses on supporting critical infrastructure and driving operational excellence through KPIs and transformational leadership. With a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (2004), an MBA in Project Management (2002), and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) to be conferred in 2028 from Liberty University, Boulos brings a robust academic foundation to his practical expertise.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Senior Member of IEEE, Boulos has made significant research contributions, including a master’s thesis on non-radiation technologies in energy. His career includes building and operationalizing PMOs from the ground up and contributing to the success of major organizations like ABB. Outside of work, Boulos serves on his church board, officiates U.S. swimming events, and actively supports charitable causes with his daughter, including assisting homeless shelters and Alzheimer's patients.
A devoted husband and father, he enjoys swimming, diving, and playing soccer with his son. Looking ahead, Boulos aims to establish a global PMO, leveraging his dedication to hard work, collaborative leadership, and family support to achieve transformative impact on an international scale.
