Brian Roesler is an accomplished operations and logistics executive with more than 25 years of experience in the automotive parts industry. He specializes in global logistics, international operations, financial management, and cross functional leadership, overseeing business activities across China and Mexico while supporting sales throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe. With a background in accounting and business and a master’s degree, Mr. Roesler is recognized for evaluating complex supply networks, identifying operational efficiencies, and building high performing teams that drive organizational success. Prior to his corporate career, he proudly served in the Army National Guard, completing three deployments and earning multiple military awards. Among his greatest accomplishments are building world class teams and maintaining a strong family foundation with his wife, Tobi, and their seven children. Guided by adaptability, continuous learning, and a passion for developing others, Mr. Roesler is focused on advancing to a vice president of operations role while continuing to mentor future leaders.
