Wesley Graves is a seasoned leader in facilities management, overseeing 150 teams across the United States in sectors like restaurants, hotels, and higher education. With a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership Development from Columbia Southern University (2017), he excels in corporate training, strategy development, and fostering emotional connections within organizations. A proud father, Wesley draws inspiration from his journey as a young parent and his distinguished military career. His children, a contractor and a psychologist, reflect his commitment to growth and development. A published author, Wesley has written Necessary Confinement, aimed at teenagers, and Brian and the Bookworm, a children’s book promoting kindness and obedience, with engaging activities included.
Active in the Society of Free Masons, Wesley honors the legacy of his grandmother, Katie Mae Graves, whose motto, "Never let another man outwork you," shaped his philosophy of relentless effort and strong work ethic.
