Charles E. Johnson, Jr. is a dynamic leader in maintenance and facility management, specializing in job order execution, estimating, operations, and conflict resolution on a national scale. With a bachelor’s degree in supervision and management from Broward College (2023) and an MBA to be conferred from Liberty University in 2025, Charles integrates strong financial acumen with operational efficiency.
A military veteran with 10 years of service, he achieved the rank of Sergeant and earned multiple honors, including the Good Conduct Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, and two Overseas Defense Medals. His leadership extends beyond operations—he is a Certified Professional Speaker and an active member of Toastmasters International, recognized for his communication skills and mentorship.
Charles has authored Introduction to Leadership (Buzz Media, 2024) and produces the “Grind Hard Hustle Smart” podcast, broadcast on the AFM network, where he shares insights on leadership and resilience.
