Charles's expertise spans strategic thinking, logistics, predictive logistics, and high-level management. He holds a Master's degree in Strategy from Marine Corps University (2002) and a Master's degree in Management from Central Michigan University (late 1990s). He is affiliated with the Society of Logistics Experts and has authored the book "Predictive Logistics: From Factory to Foxhole Now from Foxhole to Factory," emphasizing efficiency and cost savings.
Throughout his career, Charles has been recognized for his talent management and leadership. Personally proud of his four children, including one serving in the US Military, and his granddaughter, Charles enjoys golf in his leisure time. His future goals include attending Harvard University in the Fall, pursuing a Corporate Director role, and holding a Senior Advising Executive position. He attributes his success to the guidance of great mentors.
