Charles Hamilton is a 4 star General and a transformational leader who specializes in driving both evolutionary and revolutionary change within complex organizations. He is in the process of retiring from the U.S. Army in 2025 after 43 years of honorable service. Charles served as the 21st Commanding General of the U.S. Army Materiel Command. In this role, he led one of the Army’s largest commands with 190,000 Military and Department of the Army Civilians and Contractors and was responsible for an annual budget of more than $50B. He has served as a guest speaker both internationally and in the US, sharing his expertise and insights on leadership, logistics, and strategic planning. As the Army’s senior logistician, Charles led Army logistics worldwide, global foreign military sales, and initial materiel fielding efforts in support of Ukraine as well as the Army’s Organic Industrial Base and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
