He specializes in customer service, membership sales, and hospitality leadership, supporting golf courses and hotel management operations nationwide. Mr. Rucker holds a master’s degree in hospitality management from Cornell University and is the founding president of the Professional Club Marketing Association in Washington DC. His career has been shaped by a deep appreciation for relationships, service excellence, and the unwavering support of his wife, whom he credits as instrumental in achieving his current role. Outside of work, he enjoys watching golf and spending time with his family, including his wife, two children, and their beloved grand dog.
