Craig Callow is a forward-thinking executive in the healthcare and technology space, currently leading commercial strategy for an international AI start-up called Alife Health focused on transparent and deep learning models optimizing IVF cycles. With a team of experts from elite institutions and organizations, Craig oversees business development, sales, and all commercial activity. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Delaware and brings a science-informed lens to AI innovation. With a career spanning seminal work at Mount Sinai and Sema4, where he helped scale a team from 70 to over 100 members. Craig also delivered consistent year-over-year revenue growth from 2015 to 2022, earning multiple President’s Club honors along the way.
A dedicated father of two, Craig is also a youth sports coach, and previously volunteered with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, reflecting his commitment to mentorship and community.
Outside of work, Craig enjoys acting, boxing, and tennis and grounds his leadership in humility and growth. He attributes much of his inspiration to his late father, Thomas Callow, to whom he dedicates his success. Looking ahead, Craig aspires to move further into the C-suite as a CEO or COO, continuing to grow by learning, evolving, and embracing challenges with curiosity and grit.
