Daniel Cooper, COO, is a seasoned executive in the bio-pharma industry, with deep expertise in clinical supplies, supply chain logistics, quality assurance, and instrumentation controls. With hands-on leadership in worldwide Phase 3 clinical trials, Daniel also brings innovation to operational workflows, having developed specialized tools like the PK Excel Tool and solutions for CRAs and GPX readiness. He is also the owner of Cooper Technical Consultants, further extending his impact in the technical and regulatory consulting space.
Holding an AEX in Electrical Engineering, Daniel’s career began with six years of service in the U.S. Navy as an Electronics Technician, where he built a foundation of precision, resilience, and leadership. He has been affiliated with ISA and ISPE, serving previously as a Chapter President and presenting at ISPE in early 2001.
Daniel’s proudest accomplishments are personal—his two children and three grandchildren (two grandsons and one granddaughter). Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities and formerly competed as a Golden Gloves boxer, embodying discipline both in and out of the ring.
