David Franklin, CEO, is a healthcare leader dedicated to supporting individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and the caregivers who assist them. He provides hands on support services that include respite care and wandering mitigation in coordination with law enforcement, helping ensure the safety and well being of vulnerable populations. His organization has grown to become one of the largest service providers of its kind in Florida, with continued expansion into the Tampa area. Mr. Franklin holds a Master of Arts in Theology from Greater Atlanta Seminary and brings a values driven approach to leadership rooted in faith and service. He is also a certified John Maxwell speaker and coach. Active in the Forum Club of Palm Beach County and various Chambers of Commerce, he also volunteers with City House and Family Promise. Recognized as Hats Off Professional of the Year in 2025, Mr. Franklin leads by example through direct engagement in care centers and community initiatives.
