David Holmes is a dynamic transformational leader in the healthcare industry, overseeing skilled healthcare and hospice services for a team of 7,500 employees across 10 plans. With an emphasis on business development and strategic partnerships, he regularly engages with hospital CEOs and senior healthcare executives to drive growth and deliver patient-centered solutions.
David holds an MBA from East Carolina University (2008) and has built a reputation for “knocking down barriers” and refusing to settle for the status quo. His impact is evident in career highlights such as managing a hyperbaric center that helped prevent more than 100 amputations — a testament to his commitment to patient outcomes.
Actively involved in the North Carolina Hospital and Hospice Association, AACH, and multiple state and national organizations, David also gives back through his work with Rotary. He has been a speaker at the Financial Management Association and holds a CLTC certification.
