About Me
David M. Sullivan is a management consultant and thought leader specializing in helping small to midsize companies navigate the federal market space. With over 25 years of experience in federal contracting, business strategy, and telecom policy, he has played a pivotal role in securing major U.S. government contracts and advising on advanced technology and lobbying initiatives.
A graduate of George Washington University (1993) with a Master's in Political Management and an MBA in Political Science, David has built a career in executive market strategies, networking, client engagement, and marketing. Beyond consulting, he runs the nonprofit CREATE CENTERS, dedicated to expanding access to high-speed internet and telemedicine in rural America.
A cancer survivor and advocate, David takes immense pride in his involvement with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, where he continues to give back. He self-publishes articles on LinkedIn, contributing thought leadership in federal contracting and technology policy. In his free time, he enjoys music and DJing.
David dedicates his success in loving memory to his grandmother, E. Kathleen Sullivan, whose influence shaped his values. Looking ahead, he aims to solidify his reputation as a thought leader in federal contracting while continuing to grow his consulting firm and nonprofit initiatives. Guided by mentorship, education, and strategic vision, he remains committed to making a lasting impact in both the business and public policy sectors.
