With a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University (1985), she has made significant contributions to premium OEM development and ISO 9000 system installations, particularly with Volvo’s industrialization processes. Her expertise extends to launching innovative truck models and engines in 2021, exemplifying her commitment to quality and innovation.

A member of EETS, Women’s Engineering Societies, and AEGT, Debra has received accolades like the North American Excellence Award (2021) and Executive Black and Green Belts. As a keynote speaker and author featured in Women in Trucking (2021), she is a recognized leader in her field. Beyond her professional achievements, Debra treasures her 42-year marriage, three children, and ten grandchildren, enjoying golf, pickleball, travel, and family time.
