Dr. Michelle S. Cummings is a dedicated leader in the healthcare industry, known for her expertise in bridging the academic and workforce sectors to address critical nursing shortages across hospitals nationwide. With a Doctorate in Adult Education, Leadership Foundations, and Technology from Auburn University (2009), Dr. Cummings has pioneered innovative online programs in partnership with regional Tier 1 universities to strengthen nursing education and expand healthcare workforce pipelines.

As a seasoned consultant, she leads a team of nursing and healthcare professionals, specializing in program marketing, predictive analytics, and change management to ensure sustainable growth and impactful results. Her commitment to fostering strong partnerships is evident through her affiliations with the National League of Nurses, Texas Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau. She also dedicates her time to community efforts, including Katy Independent Schools and the Miller Health Science Program.
