Eduardo Mata is a human resources leader in the conveyors industry where he oversees employee relations and manages a team of sixteen. He holds a master’s degree in human resources from Penn State University, a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, and a CHRO designation from Wharton. His career includes positions with General Motors and American Greetings, shaping his strong foundation in organizational leadership and workforce development. Eduardo serves on the board of directors of El Centro Hispanico in Jonesboro, Arkansas and actively supports multiple philanthropic efforts alongside his wife. He is most proud of his two sons, one an engineer and the other studying finance, both dedicated marathon runners in the St. Jude’s Marathon. His hobbies include traveling to Michigan and fishing with his sons. Looking ahead, he aims to expand his consulting work, develop next level managers, and create meaningful opportunities through his bilingual expertise and guidance based leadership.
