Erin D. Baggett, MBA, is a driven financial leader in the home health sector, overseeing skilled care billing, private and insurance payor processes, and full revenue cycle operations across Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware. With an MBA in Healthcare Management from the Jack Welch School at Strayer University, she brings both strategic oversight and operational excellence to every aspect of financial administration.
Erin is especially proud of her ability to build and streamline efficient systems and KPIs while cultivating strong professional relationships. Outside of work, she serves as a director and coach for the Powhatan Youth Association and enjoys equestrian activities and camping with her family at Lake Gaston. She credits mentors Sarah Lovell, Terrye Enslow, Stefanie Wolfe, and Peter Angerhofer for shaping her leadership style.
